Salesforce Conga Developer
Experience Range
- 5+ Years of Salesforce Development experience
- Strong enterprise-level implementation experience preferred

Must Have Skills
Conga Expertise (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Conga Composer
- Conga Contracts
- Conga Sign (preferred but highly valued)
- Experience handling:
- Complex templates (Word, PDF, Excel)
- Advanced merge queries and datasets
- Template optimization strategies
- Conga automation and bulk document generation scenarios
- Strong troubleshooting skills for:
- Large/complex templates
- Data merge inconsistencies
- Performance bottlenecks (timeouts, API limits)
Salesforce Development
- Strong development experience in:
- Apex (Triggers, Batch, Future, Queueable)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows
- Experience in:
- API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Data modeling and performance tuning
- Enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
- Large data volume handling
- Complex object relationships
Integration & Quote-to-Cash
- Experience integrating Conga with:
- Salesforce CPQ or similar quote/pricing systems
- External systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of:
- Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Performance & Stability
- Experience identifying and resolving:
- Document generation latency issues
- API limit breaches
- Template rendering failures
- Ability to establish:
- Best practices
- Governance standards
- Scalable template architecture
Good to Have Skills
- Salesforce CPQ experience
- Conga Sign implementation experience
- Full stack testing exposure
- Test automation knowledge
- Quality engineering practices

Key Responsibilities
Conga & Document Automation
- Design, develop, and maintain:
- Conga Composer
- Conga Contracts
- Conga Sign solutions
- Implement dynamic document generation strategies
- Optimize template architecture and data queries
- Handle Conga batch jobs, triggers, and automation flows
Salesforce Development
- Build scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration and customization
- Develop and optimize Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
- Optimize SOQL queries and Salesforce data models
Integration & CPQ Alignment
- Support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Contract Lifecycle flows
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and CPQ platforms
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Business teams
- QA teams
- Solution architects
- Mentor junior developers on Salesforce and Conga best practices
