Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This role helps improve efficiency and contributes to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and follow-ups with clients
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to resolve issues
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
