Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales by connecting with engineering colleges and institutions
- Conduct meetings with TPOs, HODs, and decision-makers
- Present and position Genesis offerings (CRT, internships, certifications, etc.)
- Generate leads, convert opportunities, and achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and closure of proposals

- Professional meeting and telephone etiquette
- Ability to understand client requirements and position solutions
Knowledge Required:
- Basic understanding of campus recruitment ecosystem

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to source and manage data (LinkedIn, online research, etc.)
