- Guest & Visitor Management: Greet visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails.
- Office Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and manage the flow of people.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail and package distribution, schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain filing systems and records.
- Security: Control access by monitoring visitors, managing a logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Equipment Operation: Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines.
- Data Entry: Perform light data entry tasks and update documents and spreadsheets as needed.
