Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business trends.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Participate in promotional events, seminars, workshops, and campaigns.
Counselling Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective clients regarding products, services, courses, or solutions offered by the organization.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable options.
- Address client queries and concerns professionally.
- Guide customers through the enrollment, registration, or purchase process.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and customer interactions.
- Provide post-sales support and relationship management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems regularly.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track lead conversion rates and business development activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer records and transactions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
