Settlrs is a Bengaluru-based B2B rental startup that helps businesses and spaces get furniture, appliances, and equipment on flexible rental plans so they can scale without heavy capex. Role Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution, and help us maintain a great experience for our clients across Bengaluru. You will coordinate between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer success teams, making sure every order is processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operations for orders, deliveries, installations, and pickups.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory availability, dispatch planning, and routing.
- Track each order status in our systems (from confirmation to completion) and proactively resolve delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, damage, returns, and asset health.
- Work closely with sales and key account managers to understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
- Implement and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze basic operational data (TAT, delays, returns, damage, etc.) and share simple reports and suggestions for improvement.
- Support new city / new client project setups, including on-ground coordination and quality checks.
- Escalate recurring issues and suggest practical fixes to improve processes and reduce operational cost.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, or related functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic dashboards.
- Comfort with using apps/ERPs/CRMs to update and track data.
- Clear communication in English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus for local coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and willingness to be on the field when needed.
Pay: ₹252,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
