Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls to clients
- Provide information about visa services (Study, Tourist, PR, Work Permit, etc.)
- Follow up with leads and maintain records
- Schedule appointments for counseling sessions
- Build strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Punjabi/Hindi/English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and positive attitude
- Experience in telecalling/immigration preferred (Freshers can also apply)
