Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at Dream Computers Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Dum Dum. You will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company databases and records to ensure seamless business operations.Key Responsibilities
- Data Input: Enter and update information from various sources (paper documents, digital records) into the company’s systems and databases.
- Accuracy & Quality: Verify and cross-check data to ensure no errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies exist.
- Record Management: Organise, file, and scan documents for easy retrieval, assisting in audits and report generation as needed.
- Backups: Perform regular data backups to prevent loss and ensure data preservation.
- Confidentiality: Adhere to data protection policies and maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and client information.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word) and basic internet browsing.
- Typing Speed: Must have a fast and accurate typing speed (recommended 20+ WPM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to identify errors in large data sets.
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th grade completion; graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow instructions from reporting managers.
