Job Summary
We are looking for experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate faculty members to teach and mentor students preparing for IIT-JEE and NEET entrance examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom and/or online lectures for IIT-JEE or NEET preparation.
- Teach assigned subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.
- Explain concepts clearly and provide exam-oriented problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
- Conduct regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance assessments.
- Analyze student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
- Prepare students according to the latest IIT-JEE/NEET exam patterns and syllabus.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain a positive and motivating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure effective academic planning.
- Mentor students and guide them regarding study strategies, time management, and examination preparation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of study materials, question banks, and test series.
- Track student progress and communicate performance concerns to the academic team and parents when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized institution.
- Strong command of the subject and competitive-exam syllabus.
- Previous IIT-JEE/NEET teaching or coaching experience is preferred.
- Candidates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant teaching experience may also apply.
