We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer with strong corporate training exposure who can design and deliver impactful learning programs for professionals and emerging leaders. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting corporate workshops, leadership training sessions, and behavioral skill development programs.
This role requires a dynamic trainer who can engage diverse audiences, customize training modules, and deliver measurable learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-impact soft skills and behavioral training programs for employees and professionals.

- Leadership & Team Management
- Presentation Skills
- Emotional Intelligence
- Time Management & Productivity
- Conflict Management
- Customer Handling
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs both online and offline.
- Customize training content based on organizational requirements and business objectives.
- Assess training needs through discussions with stakeholders and HR teams.
- Develop training materials including presentations, activities, assessments, and case studies.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring to participants where required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate training, L&D, or soft skills training.
- Experience delivering training for corporate employees, managers, or leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage diverse groups and manage large training sessions.
- Experience in instructional design or training content development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and corporate learning environments.
- Certifications such as Train the Trainer (TTT), NLP, Dale Carnegie, or similar are a plus.
