Strong knowledge of Gold Jewellery Manufacturing Processes.Coordinate daily production activities across Casting, Filing, Setting, Polishing, Assembly, and Finishing departments.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules to achieve dispatch targets.
- Track order status and ensure on-time delivery of jewellery orders.
- Coordinate with Design, QC, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor gold movement, wastage, recovery, and inventory records.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Manage manpower allocation and productivity across departments.
- Prepare daily production reports and MIS for management.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
