About the Company
Wise Monkey Rum is an alcoholic beverage / spirits brand. We are looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help manage and grow the brand’s online presence.
Important: This role is with a liquor / alcohol / spirits company. Only candidates who are fully comfortable working with an alcohol brand should apply.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive who can support the company’s digital marketing activities across social media, content, online campaigns, brand communication, and digital growth.
The ideal candidate should understand digital platforms, be comfortable working with creative teams, and be able to execute marketing tasks properly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the brand’s social media pages
- Plan, schedule, and post content across digital platforms
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators
- Assist in creating social media calendars and campaign ideas
- Write captions, basic content, and marketing copy when required
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and campaign results
- Support paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google
- Help with influencer coordination and digital collaborations
- Monitor online trends, competitor activity, and alcohol / beverage industry content
- Assist with website updates, online listings, and brand visibility
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, promotions, events, and campaigns
- Ensure all marketing content follows brand guidelines
- Support the overall digital growth of Wise Monkey Rum
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing preferred
- Freshers with strong digital knowledge and creativity may also apply
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Basic knowledge of paid ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and analytics will be an advantage
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with creative teams and vendors
- Creative thinking with strong execution skills
- Must be comfortable working with a liquor / alcohol / spirits company
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, hospitality, nightlife, events, lifestyle, or alcohol brands will be preferred
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is proactive, creative, and responsible. The candidate should be able to take instructions clearly, execute tasks on time, and contribute ideas to improve the brand’s digital presence.
This is a hands-on role, so the person should be willing to manage both creative and execution-related tasks.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
