Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Scientists to join our Technology & Development team. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and deploying solutions on data science and AI/ML. An experience profile of 8+ years is preferred with a strong working knowledge of data science and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing and architecting data science related solutions from customer requirement.
- Design and develop AI/ML models and solutions for real-world applications.
- Build and maintain scalable back-end systems and APIs using Python and/or JavaScript
- Guide a team of Data Scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
Required Technical Skills
- Python- Strong hands-on experience of writing production quality code.
- AI / ML- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and model deployment.
- Experience in Gen AI / Agentic AI with strong knowledge of tools like Gemini and Claude is a must.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a must.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong academic background with a consistent record of performance.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
Salary
