We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead our institution with a strong commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and student development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing schools offering Xseed,CBSE and SSC curriculam and a proven ability to integrate Olympiad and IIT Foundation programs into the academic framework.Immediate joiners will be prefered from Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of Xseed CBSE and SSC curriculum standards and guidelines.
- Lead and strengthen Olympiad, IIT Foundation, and competitive exam preparation programs.
- Monitor curriculum planning, classroom instruction, and student assessment to achieve high academic standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive school environment.
- Drive student achievement through innovative teaching methodologies and data-driven academic planning.
- Maintain compliance with educational regulations and board requirements.
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community.
- Plan and execute professional development programs for teachers.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or M.Ed. (preferred).
- Minimum 8–15 years of teaching and school leadership experience, including 3–5 years as a Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head.
- Thorough knowledge of Xseed,CBSE and SSC curriculum.
- Experience in implementing Olympiad and IIT Foundation programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in school administration, academic planning, and team management.
