About the Role
We are looking for a Student Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career path and support them through the admission process. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide free career counselling to students (in-person / phone / online)
- Recommend suitable colleges and courses based on student profile
- Assist students with end-to-end admission process
- Handle leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Track and update student data in CRM
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Tamil & English mandatory, ) (optional Telugu, Hindi)
- Good understanding of colleges, courses, and career options
- Ability to handle students & parents confidently
- Target-oriented mindset
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
