Summary:
Sumeru Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Data and Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing data analytics, statistical modeling / AI models, and experience with various analytics tools. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing analytical strategies, and delivering actionable insights to our clients.
Responsibilities:

Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions to clients.

Develop and implement analytical strategies to address client challenges and drive business outcomes.

Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for campaign analysis, segmentation, and automation.

Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into analytics requirements.

Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation to gather insights from large datasets.

Apply statistical/advanced analysis techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data.

Design and develop data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting, technology, and business development to deliver integrated digital experience solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative field - Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis techniques.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for campaign analysis, segmentation, and automation.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
