Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate testing processes to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies and best practices in software testing.
- Ability to analyze complex testing scenarios and develop effective automation solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments.
Additional Information:
