Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, SEO-friendly, and high-quality content across various digital platforms to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The candidate should possess excellent writing skills, strong research abilities, and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging, and original content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
- Develop SEO-optimized content based on keyword research and content strategy.
- Create compelling product and service descriptions.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, grammar, and brand tone.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Design, and SEO teams to execute content marketing campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to produce relevant content.
- Develop content calendars and meet publishing deadlines.
- Optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
- Assist in script writing for videos, webinars, and promotional campaigns when required.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing (Freshers with exceptional writing skills may also apply).
- Excellent command of written English with strong grammar and editing skills.
- Knowledge of SEO content writing and keyword optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Experience with AI-assisted writing tools while maintaining content originality and quality.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other content design tools is a plus.
