Mejora Infotech is urgently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the development of a microservices-based Java Spring Boot application. The role requires strong expertise in Agile project management, excellent communication skills, hands-on Technical Lead and the ability to coordinate effectively between technical teams and clients. The Project Manager will ensure the project progresses smoothly, meets all milestones on time, and maintains high-quality deliverables.

✔️ Plan, organize, and oversee the end-to-end development of the microservice-based application.
✔️ Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
✔️ Coordinate software releases, ensure applications are properly tested, and support seamless deployments with minimal downtime.
✔️ Track and manage inter-team dependencies to prevent bottlenecks and keep projects on schedule.
✔️ Ensure efficient execution of project milestones and adherence to deadlines.
✔️ Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
✔️ Collaborate with the team to manage sprint backlogs and ensure task prioritization.
✔️ Monitor team performance and velocity to drive continuous improvement.
✔️ Assign and track daily tasks to team members including developers, testers, analysts, and server administrators.

✔️Maintain Code Health: Identify, refactor, and eradicate inefficient code. Enforce high standards for unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage.
✔️Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and developers to design and refine microservices-based architecture.
✔️ Technical Mentorship: Guide and up-skill the development team on Spring Boot best practices, microservices communication, and clean code principles.
✔️ Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the development team.
✔️ Conduct regular online meetings with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
✔️ Maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and consistent delivery.
✔️ Provide progress reports and status updates to stakeholders.
✔️ Work closely with the DevOps and server admin teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline integration and deployment processes.
✔️ Monitor project environments on AWS and coordinate for issue resolution or optimization when necessary.
✔️ Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation plans.
✔️ Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and follow best practices.
✔️ Proactively address potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
✔️ Ensure adherence to coding best practices, enforce project documentation standards, and maintain knowledge repositories.
✔️ Certification: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist or equivalent) is mandatory.
✔️ Proficient in Git version control, GitFlow branching, and automated code quality validation tools.
✔️ Experience working with microservices,including API versioning, service communication testing, and service discovery tools.
✔️ Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 6+ years of hands-on development experience in Java and Spring Boot.
✔️ Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS).
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide the team when required.
✔️ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing teams using Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
