Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Controller to manage and monitor the final quality inspection, ironing, and packing processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that finished garments meet the required quality standards before dispatch. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and factory personnel to identify quality issues, implement improvements, and maintain accurate daily process records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the final inspection process to ensure products meet approved quality standards.
- Supervise and track ironing and packing activities to maintain proper finishing and packing quality.
- Maintain daily production counts for final inspection, ironing, and packing processes.
- Identify quality defects and ensure proper documentation of inspection findings.
- Review quality issues and coordinate with factory teams for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Follow up with production teams to ensure quality concerns are resolved within the required timeline.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Prepare daily quality reports and update process status to the reporting manager.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve overall product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in the garment/apparel industry.
- Good understanding of garment finishing, inspection, ironing, and packing processes.
- Ability to identify garment defects and suggest corrective actions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Work Location & Timing:
Location: Tiruppur
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience Required: 2 Years in the Quality Field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
