Architectural Design & Planning
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs.
- Develop residential villa, apartment, commercial, and layout plans.
- Create floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
- Ensure designs comply with local building by-laws and regulations.
CADD & Technical Drawings
- Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD/CADD software.
- Generate working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and detailing.
- Coordinate structural, electrical, plumbing, and landscape drawings.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Attend project review meetings and site inspections.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues during construction.
Site Supervision
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction quality.
- Verify execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist project managers in maintaining timelines and quality standards.
Documentation & Approvals
- Prepare drawings and documents required for approvals from local authorities.
- Assist in obtaining approvals from BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, Panchayat, or other statutory bodies.
- Maintain project records and architectural documentation.
Client Interaction
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Present concepts, layouts, and material selections.
Pay: ₹11,829.80 - ₹40,000.00 per month
