Key Responsibilities
- Execution of day-to-day production Planning and achievement within the given schedule.
- Identify the production requirements, areas of improvements, the critical issues related to production process and recommend solutions.
- Oversee the quality of all on going products which includes raw material, in process products and finished products.
- Continuous follow up with other departments to ensure smooth running of production.
- Productivity estimation and improvement with respect to manpower utilization.
- Prepare the daily production reports, material consumption report and Stock reports.
- Shop floor training to all manpower and new joiners (Operators/Workers).
- Analyse RM/PM losses, giving ideas to reduce them to minimum level.
- Maintain ISO/FSSC/FSSAI related documentation and day to day production reports.
- Monitor dispatches and ensure it is finished within the given time.
- Day to day availability of RM/PM with respect to production planning.
- Overall plant hygiene, GMP, GHK.
Qualification & Experience
- Should hold a degree in B.Tech (Dairy Technology) / B.Sc. (Food technology) or IDD.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production of milk and milk products.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, documentation related to production, quality management, cost cutting and MIS.
- Expertise in developing and managing efficient production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Ability to forecast production challenges and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong skills in managing, training and motivating a production team to achieve performance targets.
- Proficient in MS Office, experience in using ERP is preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
