Full job description
- Design and execute referral marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition.
- Develop referral campaigns, incentives, and reward structures.
- Monitor and optimize referral program performance using key metrics and analytics.
- Manage referral marketing platforms and vendor relationships.
- Plan and Organize Innovative Campaigns to Increase Referral and Brand Awareness Referral Marketing/ Channel marketing.
- Contribute to internal and external meetings from a marketing perspective.
- Liasoning with doctors for referrals marketing & hospital services.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Graduate with 2–5 years in healthcare marketing, field sales, or hospital relations.Networking: Proven ability to build relationships within doctor referral networks.Communication: Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and professional representation skills.Mobility: Ready for regular travel and field visits across the target community.
