Job Summary:
The Interior Site Supervisor oversees daily on-site interior fit-out and renovation activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Acts as the primary on-site point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and clients during interior works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, ceilings, MEP finishing, joinery, glazing, FF&E installation).
- Interpret and enforce construction drawings, specifications, finishing schedules, and shop drawings on site.
- Implement and maintain site safety protocols; conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
