We are hiring an HR Executive to join our team, who can foster a positive work culture, manage employee lifecycle and contribute to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
● Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, salary negotiation and onboarding)
● Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
● Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Engagement & Relations
● Plan & execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, rewards & recognition programs.
● Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
● Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
3. HR Operations & Administration
● Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
● Prepare HR letters (offer letter, promotion letter, appraisal letter, experience & relieving letter)
● Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
● Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
4. Social Media Management
● Create and manage content related to company culture, employee engagement activities, events, hiring campaigns, achievements and organisational updates with simple captions for digital platforms.
● Assist in maintaining the organisation’s presence across relevant social and digital platforms.
● Track basic social media performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
● Social Media skills in Meta, FB, Insta etc are preferred.
● Well versed with Canva and other tools.
● 3–5 years of HR experience.
● Experience in coworking, hospitality, real estate, startups, or service industries will be preferred.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
