Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to develop and deliver effective sales training programs for our retail sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall sales performance through engaging training sessions and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and product training programs for store staff
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules
- Train employees on customer handling, upselling, and sales techniques
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching support
- Identify training needs through assessments and store visits
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Ensure brand standards and sales processes are followed
- Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and engage teams
- Good organizational and coaching abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and training tools preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales training or retail operations preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
