Job Title: Draftsman (Architecture & Interiors)
Role Overview: Translate concepts into precise technical drawings and execution sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting: Prepare complete GFC (Good For Construction) sets, site plans, ceiling layouts, and joinery details.
- Coordination: Integrate layouts to ensure zero on-site clashes.
Requirements
- Experience: Freshers
- Tech Stack: AutoCAD (Expert) + SketchUp/Revit (Intermediate) + Excel (Drawing logs/BOQs).
- Skills: Strong understanding of construction joints, material specifications, and structural layouts.
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil/Architecture or ITI Draftsman (Civil).
