Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute rural water supply projects from site mobilization to project completion.
- Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements before commencement of work.
- Study and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Supervise the construction of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Pump Houses, Ground Storage Reservoirs (GSR), Overhead Water Tanks (OHT), and water distribution pipelines.
- Ensure all construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity estimates, and material requirements.
- Monitor the availability and utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment at the project site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work.
- Inspect construction work regularly and ensure compliance with quality assurance (QA/QC) standards.
- Prepare contractor measurement sheets and maintain billing documentation.
- Obtain measurement certification from the client for completed work.
- Track project progress against the approved schedule and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to management.
- Maintain all project-related records, technical documents, and site reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, local authorities, and project stakeholders for approvals and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards at the construction site.
- Promote the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during project execution.
- Monitor project costs and assist in controlling material wastage and budget overruns.
- Conduct testing, inspection, and commissioning activities before project handover.
- Ensure timely completion and successful handover of the project to the client.

Experience Required
- 5–10 years of experience in site execution of water supply or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience in the construction of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Pump Houses, Ground Storage Reservoirs (GSR), Overhead Water Tanks (OHT), and pipeline networks.
- Experience in rural water supply, irrigation, government, CSR, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
