Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and confident Kannada-speaking Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain services/products clearly and professionally
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain call records and follow up with leads
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Fluency in Kannada (mandatory)
- Basic communication skills in English/Hindi is a plus
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
