We are seeking Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of IT networking products and related accessories. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of networking equipment and materials while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Sourcing IT Networking Products: Antennas, Networking Cables (CAT6, CAT6A, CAT7, etc.), Patch Cords, Fiber Optic Cables, Fiber Accessories (ODF, LIU, Patch Panels, Pigtails, Adapters, Connectors, Splitters, etc.), SFP Modules and Networking Accessories
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and evaluate pricing, quality, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations based on quality, delivery, and service.
- Identify alternate sources to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain procurement records, quotations, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
- Verify invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, IT, or related field.
- 2–8 years of procurement/purchasing experience, preferably in IT networking, telecom, or infrastructure products.
- Knowledge of networking products and fiber optic components will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of IT networking and fiber optic products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in procurement of telecom, networking, wireless, fiber optic, and data center infrastructure products.
- Familiarity with import procurement, logistics coordination, and vendor sourcing from domestic and international markets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
