Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to support our daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day office administrative tasks.
- Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email/WhatsApp.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Prepare and manage documents, forms, and reports.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support general office operations and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Plus Two or Degree.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and internet).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
