Job Overview
We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members daily.
As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. “Lead by Example”
You’re good at:
- Setting clear team goals
- Delegating tasks and Monitor team performance Reporting and performance metrics
- Discovering training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognizing high performance and recommending for promotion Organizational and Time management skills
Extra awesome:
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics Advanced Excel knowledge (Macros, Pivot tables)
- Working knowledge of MS-Project
- Decision making skills
- Basic knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
Experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead in US Healthcare
- Span of control 50 – 75 employees
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
