Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve customer queries related to the company's IT products and services.
- Provide timely and accurate support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
