We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing marketing agency. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and help convert them into long-term business opportunities.
This is an in-house, work-from-office role with a fixed salary + attractive performance incentives, offering excellent earning potential for high performers.
Responsibilities
Generate leads for digital marketing services.
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident personality with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred (training can be provided).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is a plus.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
