This is a rotational shift weekly once shift will change
Shift timings 8.30 am to 5 pm or 6.30 am to 2.30 pm 1st shift
2.30pm - 1 1 pm 2nd shift
11 pm - 6 am 3rd shift
You have to support operational activity as well
