Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children with communication difficulties
- Plan and provide individualized speech therapy sessions based on client needs
- Work on speech clarity, language development, communication skills, social interaction, oral motor skills, and feeding concerns
- Develop therapy goals and intervention plans for each child
- Maintain session notes, assessment reports, progress records, and documentation accurately
- Guide parents regarding home programs, communication strategies, and child progress
- Coordinate with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and behavioural therapists for integrated intervention planning
- Create a supportive, engaging, and child-friendly therapeutic environment
- Participate in case discussions, review meetings, and multidisciplinary planning sessions
- Maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, and confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing / Audiology & Speech Language Pathology
- Valid RCI Registration preferred/mandatory as per role requirements
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of speech, language, communication, and developmental disorders
- Good communication and parent counselling skills
- Strong observation, documentation, and reporting abilities
- Patience, empathy, and child-centred approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience working with ASD, ADHD, speech delay, language disorders, developmental delays, and feeding concerns preferred
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
