LegUp is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager who can lead sales teams, manage daily operations, and ensure business targets are achieved. The candidate should have experience in team handling, sales management, and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Handle daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve productivity.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
- Implement processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Team Management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in handling teams and achieving targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication in English, Hindi and Telugu.
