Job Summary
The Institutional Manager will oversee the daily operations, academic quality, and regulatory standing of the institution. A key focus is ensuring compliance with Kerala-specific bodies and managing a bilingual environment to ensure student success and institutional growth.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory & Statutory Compliance:
- Liaise with Kerala-based educational councils and boards for certifications, renewals, and inspections.
- Ensure all institutional activities align with the Kerala Education Act and Rules (KEAR) where applicable.
- Manage documentation for local body (Panchayat/Municipality) licenses and safety certifications.
- Academic & Clinical Coordination:
- Oversee the implementation of Malayalam and English bilingual instruction if required for vocational courses.
- Maintain strong tie-ups with local multi-specialty hospitals and IT firms in Kerala for student internships and "On-the-Job Training" (OJT).
- Supervise the conduct of University/Council examinations according to the state academic calendar.
- Staff & Student Management:
- Lead the recruitment of qualified faculty, ensuring they meet the specific eligibility criteria set by state regulatory bodies.
- Maintain discipline and address grievances in accordance with Kerala’s student welfare guidelines.
- Organize state-specific cultural events (e.g., Onam, Kerala Piravi) and professional seminars.
- Financial Administration:
- Manage the fee structure, including the collection of tuition and examination fees.
- Oversee Kerala-specific scholarship applications (e.g., e-Grantz) and educational loan documentation for students.
- Handle local vendor management and institutional procurement.
Qualification- Post Graduation
Experince- 02 years in educational industry
