Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relations & Communication:Warmly greet walk-in visitors and answer phone calls or emails. They provide basic information regarding visa processes, service packages, and fee structures.
2.Scheduling & Appointment Management: Book, reschedule, and confirm consultations with immigration advisors and case managers.
3.Document Handling & Data Entry: Collect, organize and securely process client documents (such as passports, academic transcripts and financial records) while adhering to strict confidentiality.
4.Administrative Operations: Maintain visitor logs, handle incoming and outgoing mail, track office inventory and manage client databases.
5.Consultant Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and the consulting team by following up on missing paperwork and pending application statuses.
Skills required
To excel in this specific niche, candidates should possess:
- Professional Etiquette & Empathy: Immigration can be a stressful process, making strong interpersonal and complaint-handling skills highly valuable.
- IT Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM or data tracking software.
- Multitasking: The ability to handle high-volume calls and walk-ins simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
