About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and versatile Design Lead to own visual identity across digital, social, product, packaging, and brand communication. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Founders to create compelling visuals and impactful brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints Create designs for digital ads, websites, social media, emailers, packaging & offline collaterals Create and edit short-form videos, ads, product explainers & campaign content Add motion graphics and enhance videos with sound/music Lead creative brainstorming and concept development Collaborate with Marketing, Content & Product teams Manage design projects end-to-end and maintain asset repositories
Coordinate with agencies, freelancers & production partners when required What We’re Looking For: 5–7 years of experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, digital creatives & video content
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro & After Effects
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
Creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Work directly with Founders and a high-performing marketing team
High ownership and creative freedom
Exposure across brand, product & digital design
