Key Responsibilities Manage overall administration operations across all company offices and operational centers. Supervise and manage Admin Executives to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Handle facility management activities including office maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping, pantry, and infrastructure management. Manage administrative budgeting, petty cash handling, expense tracking, bill processing, and cost control activities. Prepare and monitor admin budgets, vendor payments, and monthly administrative expense reports. Maintain and monitor inventory management including office assets, stationery, consumables, and equipment. Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, AMCs, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, and other administrative services. Handle liaisoning with government authorities, local bodies, landlords, and external agencies whenever required. Ensure compliance with administrative policies, legal requirements, office regulations, and company procedures. Should have knowledge of basic legal laws, compliance requirements, and documentation related to administration and office operations. Ensure proper housekeeping standards and office hygiene are maintained across all centers. Oversee office management activities including seating arrangements, utilities, internet, electricity, courier services, and travel coordination. Conduct regular inspections and audits of centers to ensure administrative efficiency. Maintain records of assets, vendor contracts, invoices, agreements, and administrative documentation. Coordinate with HR, Operations, IT, and Management teams for smooth business operations. Support management in setting up new offices/centers whenever required. Required Skills Strong experience in managerial/admin leadership role. Excellent knowledge of administrative budgeting and expense management. Strong understanding of facility management and office administration. Knowledge of legal compliance, liaisoning, and administrative regulations. Experience in vendor management, inventory management, and petty cash handling. Excellent team handling, coordination, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting. Eligibility Criteria Graduation in any discipline. Preferred experience from BPO, Corporate, Multi-Location Operations, or Service Industry. Experience in handling multiple branches/offices will be an added advantage. Experience Required 5 - 10 Years in Managerial role Preferred Candidate Profile Candidate should have excellent experience in managerial role and team handling. Comfortable travelling across centers whenever required. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Candidate with exposure to liaisoning and legal coordination will be preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
