Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales
Looking for candidates from product line like Thermowood ,WPC decking and cladding.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and industries.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, architects, consultants, contractors, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Convert inquiries into orders while maintaining healthy profit margins.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Develop long-term partnerships to generate repeat business.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging opportunities and recommend new product or market development initiatives.
- Provide regular market feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Project & Order Coordination
- Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
- Monitor project progress from order confirmation to delivery and installation.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding project status.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Track sales performance against targets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Forecast future business opportunities and revenue streams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue and profit growth.
- New customer acquisition.
- Conversion ratio of leads to orders.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Market expansion and channel development.
- Collection and payment follow-up efficiency.
- CRM and reporting compliance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
