We are looking for a professional and well-presented Front Office Executive (FEMALES ONLY) to manage the reception area, handle client inquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure smooth front-desk operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients and visitors.
Candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Client Handling
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Provide basic project information and direct clients to the concerned sales manager.
Call Management
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Transfer calls to relevant departments.
- Record client details and forward leads to the sales team.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate site visit schedules with sales managers.
- Maintain meeting room bookings.
- Assist in follow-ups and client communication if required.
Documentation & Data Entry
- Maintain records of inquiries and walk-ins.
- Update CRM/software with client information.
- Manage courier, emails, and office correspondence.
Office Administration
- Maintain front desk discipline and cleanliness.
- Support basic administrative tasks.
- Handle petty cash (if required).
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask
- Organized and punctual
Experience:
- 0–2 years experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
