We are seeking an experienced Production/Process Engineer with one of our long-standing and esteemed clients having expertise in the defense sector to to manage and improve manufacturing processes for radar subsystems, RF assemblies, and electro-mechanical systems. The role involves coordinating with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and timely production aligned with defence standards.
Position: Production or Process Engineer
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: 3-7 years
Education Preference: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and monitor production schedules
· Support process engineering, SOPs, and assembly procedures
· Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and defence quality standards
· Coordinate with testing teams for RF/electronic hardware validation
· Troubleshoot production issues and drive process improvements. Maintain documentation, traceability, and audit readiness
Required attributes:
Candidate Profile
3-7 years of experience in process/manufacturing engineering (defence/electronics preferred)
Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP systems, RCA, CAPA, and compliance standards
Hands‑on experience with PCB assembly, RF/microwave systems, and electromechanical integration
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
