Job Overview
We are looking for a well-presented and responsible Front Desk Executive to manage patient interactions, appointments, and front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Handle patient registrations and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and manage appointments (OPD/IPD coordination)
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and billing department
- Manage patient flow and reduce waiting time
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and organisation
Requirements
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Printing)
- Experience with hospital management systems (HMS)
- Ability to handle difficult patients calmly
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Prior experience in hospital/clinic preferred
