Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or a related subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET/State TET qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/International School (preferred).
Key Requirements
- Strong command over spoken and written Hindi.
- Ability to teach Hindi effectively to students of Grades I to VIII.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Sound knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and pedagogical practices.
- Ability to create engaging, activity-based, and experiential learning experiences.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, assessments, and classroom management.
- Ability to integrate technology and digital tools into classroom teaching.
- Passion for fostering reading, writing, speaking, and language appreciation among students.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Willingness to contribute to school events, assemblies, literary activities, and co-curricular programmes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments.
- Maintain lesson plans, student records, and assessment documentation.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Participate in parent meetings, mentor calls, school events, and professional development programmes.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication through language activities.
Pay: ₹20,752.10 - ₹30,670.85 per month
