Job Title: Psychologist
Job Summary:
Rising Sun seeks a Psychologist with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for learning and professional growth, to provide therapy for children with developmental needs. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and guiding parents to support their child's progress. The therapist will work under the supervision of a Senior Therapist, ensuring ethical and evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct therapy sessions and implement treatment plans.
● Document progress and collaborate with therapists.
● Guide parents on child development.
● Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality.
● Engage in training, team meetings, and special initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s in Psychology (with any area of specialization)
- We can provide a pre-placement offer, as in give a letter of intent for the candidates who are currently pursuing their masters in psychology(any area of specialization), if they are exceptionally good and a suitable fit for our organization.
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with relevant experience can apply).
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and observational skills; passion for child development, and commitment.
Preferred Extra Qualifications:
- Certification in ABA or related therapy techniques.
- Experience with Autism, ADHD, or developmental delays.
Working Conditions:
Location: Hyderabad (Rising Sun Centers)
Hours: Full-time, Monday(10am-7pm) to Saturday (Half-day; 10am-1pm)
