Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store Head to manage overall store operations, including sales performance, stock management, team supervision, and reporting. The candidate will be accountable for driving store revenue, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store functioning while upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Management:
- Oversee complete store operations ensuring smooth daily functioning.
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand presentation standards.
- Monitor customer service standards and enhance overall customer experience.
2. Sales Management:
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve conversion.
- Upsell and promote premium, specialty, and wellness tea products.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences.
3. Inventory & Stock Management:
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
- Monitor stock movement (inward/outward) and avoid stock discrepancies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Ensure timely replenishment and coordination with warehouse/procurement.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate reporting of daily sales, stock, and store performance.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track inventory reports, stock aging, and slow/fast-moving items.
- Use reporting tools and systems for data tracking and analysis.
- Prepare presentations and reports using MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
5. Team Management:
- Supervise and manage store staff, including scheduling and task allocation.
- Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure discipline, productivity, and performance of store staff.
6. Coordination:
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and management for stock and operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams for smooth execution.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–6 years of experience in retail store management (Tea / FMCG preferred).
- Strong experience in sales handling, stock management, and reporting is mandatory.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach.
