1. Branding & Visibility Management
- Plan and execute branding activities at dealer and distributor outlets to strengthen market presence.
- Coordinate installation of sunboards, glow signs, and other branding material at showrooms.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility across the market, including new outlets and high-traffic locations.
2. Dealer & Distributor Engagement
- Convince dealers and distributors to allocate display space for Xen products, and personally arrange and oversee product displays.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Meet end customers visiting dealer/distributor outlets and convince them of Xen's product quality and value proposition.
3. Plumber & Trade Network Development
- Organize and conduct plumber meets to build brand awareness among the plumbing community.
- Onboard new plumbers as brand influencers/promoters for Xen products.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with onboarded plumbers to ensure continued product recommendation and loyalty.
4. Architect & Builder Relations
- Identify, meet, and build relationships with architects, builders, and contractors to generate specification and project-based business leads.
- Present Xen's product range and value proposition to influence specification decisions.
5. Digital & Online Marketing
- Manage the company's social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to support brand promotion.
- Manage and optimize Google Business/Google Listing presence to improve local search visibility and customer reach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
