Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse / Aesthetic Nurse to join our healthcare/aesthetic team. Fresh nursing graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience, especially in aesthetic or cosmetic treatments, are encouraged to apply. The role involves assisting doctors, patient care, and supporting aesthetic procedures while ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors during aesthetic and clinical procedures
- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care and counseling
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Monitor patient vitals and maintain medical records
- Maintain sterilization, hygiene, and infection control standards
- Educate patients on aftercare and treatment plans
- Handle patient queries and ensure comfort and satisfaction
- Follow hospital/clinic policies and clinical protocols
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
- Experience or interest in Aesthetic/Cosmetic Nursing is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-friendly attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in shifts (if required)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of aesthetic procedures (Laser, Skin, Hair, Botox, Fillers – training can be provided)
- Basic clinical and nursing skills
- Attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Team-oriented and professional behavior
